All Molinex items are printed on demand in the United States. Because each item is made specifically for your order, return policies may differ slightly from traditional retail stores. However, we always aim to make things right if there is an issue with your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request assistance.

When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Size Exchanges
If your shirt does not fit as expected, we are happy to assist with size exchanges.
To request a size exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Tell us the size you would like instead
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, and replacement items are subject to size availability.
To avoid sizing issues, please review the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is:

- defective
- misprinted
- or incorrect
please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
